We take the utmost care and caution to ensure that the products you order from our store reach you in the best condition in the quickest possible time. In the rare event of a mistake in delivery or a delivering a wrong or defective product, simply contact us to return it for the right product or in some cases, get a refund.

1. Mistakes in ordering: If a different product is ordered by mistake, then we would replace it with the correct product.

Please note that in such a case, all applicable labor cost for preparing the custom product will be charged.
